Submission Rules & Guidelines
Eligibility
- Films must be 40 minutes or less in length, including credits.
- Films must have been completed after January 1, 2023.
- Films must be in English or have English subtitles.
- Filmmakers must have the legal right to submit the film to the festival.

Submission Process
- Create an account on FilmFreeway.
- Complete the submission form with accurate information about your film.
- Upload your film file (preferred format: H.264 MP4).
- Pay the submission fee (if applicable).
- Await confirmation of your submission.
Selection Process
All submitted films are viewed and evaluated by our selection committee. Films are judged on their artistic merit, technical quality, and originality. Selected filmmakers will be notified via email approximately two months before the festival.
